Shipping policy
At Anabel Santos, we do not hold stock. Each piece is handcrafted specifically for you only after your order is placed. Our artisanal process involves fabric sourcing, pattern cutting, and manual sewing to ensure the highest quality.
Production Lead Time: Please allow between 3 to 4 weeks for your garment to be completed and ready for shipment.
Minimum Time: Due to the nature of our made-to-order process, the minimum production time is 2 weeks.
Order Tracking: Once your dress is finished and handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
Once your order has been crafted, the following shipping rates and conditions apply:
Spain (Peninsula): FREE shipping on all orders.
Spain (Non-peninsular - Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla): €9.90 shipping fee. FREE shipping on orders over €500.
Europe: €9.90 shipping fee. FREE shipping on orders over €500.
Note: Delivery times provided by the courier are in addition to the production lead time mentioned above.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Anabel Santos is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.), especially for shipments to the Canary Islands or outside the EU.
