Refund policy

At Anabel Santos, each of our garments and accessories is handcrafted and exclusively made upon receiving your order. Due to the personalized nature of our products—which are made-to-order based on the customer’s specific selection—please carefully review our policy:

 

No Right of Return: In accordance with consumer protection regulations for customized goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the production process has begun, as the item is made to order, created exclusively for you.

 

Cancellation Window: You may request a full cancellation and refund only within the first 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the cutting and sewing process will have commenced, and the order can no longer be cancelled.

 

Defective Items or Shipping Errors: The only exception to this policy is if the item arrives with a clear manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong product. In such cases, please contact us at info@anabelsantos.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue, so we can arrange a repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

 

Sizing Responsibility: As these are special commissions, the customer is responsible for selecting the correct size based on our Size Guide. We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from an incorrect size selection by the customer.
